SX ASEAN Photo Contest 2026 - Theme: “Prosperity”
Call for Entries – SX ASEAN Photo Contest 2026
Submit your photos for a chance to win prizes totaling over $22,000 (730,000 Baht) and the opportunity to exhibit at SUSTAINABILITY EXPO 2026, the largest sustainability expo in ASEAN. The event will be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok, Thailand, from 6 - 15 November 2026.
The project is a collaborative effort between Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev), the Royal Photographic Society of Thailand (RPST), and the Photographic Arts Foundation (PAF).

Eligibility:
The contest is open to both amateur and professional photographers. Entries are welcome from all 10 ASEAN countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. Submissions will be judged by an international panel of renowned photographers.
Submission Deadline: 25 September 2026 11.59 P.M. (GMT+7).
Entry Fee: Free
Prizes
Grand Prize: 100,000 THB (Approx. $3,000)
Prizes for Photographers from Each ASEAN Country:
• 1 National Award Winner per country (10 prizes total): 30,000 THB (Approx. $900 each)
• 3 National Honorable Mentions per country (33 prizes total): 10,000 THB (Approx. $300 each)
Total: 44 Prizes
*Note: The Grand Prize will be selected from among the National Award Winners. If a photographer wins the Grand Prize, their National Award will be canceled and replaced by the Grand Prize.
Rules And Regulations
1. Eligible photos must have been taken within the past 10 years (after January 1, 2016).
2. Each entrant may submit up to 10 photos.
3. We welcome photos taken with digital equipment such as DSLR, mirrorless cameras, compact cameras, drones, tablets, smartphones, action cameras, camera traps, etc., as well as film cameras.
4. All photographic entries must be in digital format and submitted to the contest by uploading the files through the RPST website.
5. Entrants must apply and enroll in the contest via the RPST website and complete the application form in English for all fields.
6. Each photo must be accompanied by a title, description, and any other required field.
7. Photographs do not have to be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are also acceptable.
8. Each image must be in .jpg or .jpeg format, with more than 2,400 pixels on the shortest side and no more than 6,000 pixels on the longest side.
9. For panoramic photos, the longest side must not exceed 6,000 pixels.
10. All entries must be created by a human and should not be made using AI prompt tools or apps outside of the camera, either partially or fully.
11. RAW or high-resolution files or additional information may be requested during the judging process. Please be prepared to be contacted by the contest staff via email.
12. In case of winning a prize, the contest staff may request information regarding the prize money transfer process. Please submit the requested information within the given timeframe.
13. By entering the contest, the entrant affirms that the submitted photo is an original work created solely by the entrant, and that it does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, privacy/publicity rights, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. The entrant further affirms that no other party holds any rights or claims to the photo. The contest organizers will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements arising from agreements between the entrant and any third party or organization. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions do not violate any such agreements.
14. Committee members of the Royal Photographic Society of Thailand and contest judges are not eligible to participate in this competition.
15. By entering the contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to the authorized parties to reproduce, display, and create derivative works from the entries in connection with the contest and its promotion, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to exhibition displays of selected entries.
16. Entrants are responsible for thoroughly reading and understanding all the rules and conditions of the contest. If any rule or condition is violated, the contest organizers reserve the right to decide on the entrant’s eligibility to participate, disqualify the entry, and/or revoke any prizes awarded.
17. The contest organizers reserve the right to change the rules, conditions, and prizes at any time without prior notice.
18. The judges’ decisions are final.
