เปิดรับภาพผลงานตั้งแต่วันนี้จนถึงวันที่ 10 มกราคม 2565 ประกาศผลภายในวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2565
การเชิญกรรมการพิจารณาให้เกียรตินิยม
คณะกรรมการพิจารณาเกียรตินิยม ประกอบด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน เข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการพิจารณาให้เกียรตินิยม
ค่าสมัครสำหรับการสอบเพื่อรับเกียรตินิยม
– ค่าสมัครสำหรับการสอบ A.RPST
1.1 สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคมฯ ที่เป็นคนไทย ท่านละ 500 บาท
1.2 สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคมฯ ที่เป็นชาวต่างประเทศ ท่านละ 30 เหรียญสหรัฐฯ
– ค่าสมัครสำหรับการสอบ F.RPST
2.1 สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคมที่เป็นคนไทย ท่านละ 1,000 บาท
2.2 สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคมที่เป็น ชาวต่างประเทศ ท่านละ 50 เหรียญสหรัฐฯ
เงื่อนไขการเสนอผลงาน
สำหรับ A.RPST
1. ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นสมาชิกที่ได้ดำรงสมาชิกภาพสมบูรณ์มาแล้วไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
2. สมาชิกตลอดชีพ มีสิทธิสมัครเข้าสอบได้ทันที
3. ผู้สมัครต้องส่งภาพถ่ายเอกรงค์ หรือภาพสีจำนวน 15 ภาพ ขนาดของภาพด้านยาวไม่เกิน 18 นิ้ว และไม่ต่ำกว่า 16 นิ้ว ซึ่งมีคุณค่าทางศิลปะ หรือแนวทางวิจิตรศิลป์ (Pictorial) ที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าเป็นผู้ที่มีความสามารถและเจนจัดในหลายแนว ทั้งเข้าใจในการจัดองค์ประกอบภาพ และมีคุณภาพเข้ามาตรฐานแล้ว ผลงานในการถ่ายภาพต้องเป็นของผู้สมัครเอง
4. การสอบ A.RPST กรรมการจะพิจารณาจากการถ่ายภาพว่ามีความเข้าใจในเรื่องการถ่ายภาพมากน้อยเพียงใด โดยจะไล่ตั้งแต่การใช้กล้อง
4.1 การเลือกใช้ช่วงเลนส์ต่างๆ ตั้งแต่เลนส์ไวด์ นอร์มอล เทเล มาโคร
4.2 การเลือกใช้ชัตเตอร์สปีด เช่น ภาพสต๊อปแอ๊คชั่น, ภาพแพลนนิ่ง
4.3 การเลือกใช้รูรับแสง เช่น การวางตำแหน่งฉากหน้า ฉากหลัง
4.4 แนวภาพควรที่จะมีภาพหลากหลายแนว เช่น ภาพวิวทิวทัศน์, ภาพสถาปัตยกรรม, ภาพบุคคล, ภาพวิถีชีวิต, ภาพโคลสอัพ, ภาพช่วงเช้า, ภาพกลางคืน
5. ผู้สมัครประเภทรายปีที่ผ่านการพิจารณาแล้วว่าสมควรที่จะได้รับเกียรตินิยม A.RPST จะต้องสมัครเป็นสมาชิกประเภทตลอดชีพก่อน จึงจะรับเกียรตินิยม A.RPST ได้
6. การตัดสินจะต้องมีภาพที่สอบผ่านไม่น้อยกว่า 12 ภาพจึงจะถือว่าสอบผ่าน

สำหรับ F.RPST
1. ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นสมาชิกที่ได้ดำรงสมาชิกภาพสมบูรณ์มาแล้วไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
2. สมาชิกตลอดชีพ มีสิทธิ์สมัครเข้าสอบได้ทันที
3. ผู้สมัครต้องได้รับเกียรตินิยม A.RPST หรือ A.RPS (จากประเทศอังกฤษ) แล้วเท่านั้น จึงจะมีสิทธิสมัครเข้ารับเกียรตินิยม F.RPST ได้
4. ผู้สมัครต้องส่งภาพถ่ายเอกรงค์ หรือภาพสีจำนวน 20 ภาพ ขนาดด้านยาวไม่เกิน 18 นิ้ว และไม่ต่ำกว่า 16 นิ้ว โดยต้องเป็นภาพชุด หรือ ภาพวิจิตรศิลป์ (Pictorial) ซึ่งมีคุณค่าทางศิลปะ ที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าเป็นผู้ที่มีความสามารถและเจนจัดในแนวนั้น ทั้งเข้าใจในการจัดองค์ประกอบ และมีคุณภาพเข้ามาตรฐานแล้ว ผลงานในการถ่ายภาพต้องเป็นของผู้สมัครเอง
5. ผู้สมัครต้องส่งบทความบรรยายประกอบภาพชุดไม่เกิน 1 หน้า A4
6. ผู้สมัครประเภทรายปีที่ผ่านการพิจารณาแล้วว่าสมควรที่จะได้รับเกียรตินิยม F.RPST จะต้องสมัครเป็นสมาชิกประเภทตลอดชีพก่อน จึงจะรับเกียรตินิยม F.RPST ได้
7. การตัดสินจะต้องมีภาพที่สอบผ่านไม่น้อยกว่า 16 ภาพ จึงจะถือว่าสอบผ่าน

การสมัครสอบและส่งภาพ
2. ภาพที่ส่งเข้ารับการพิจาณาต้องติดการ์ดแข็งสีเทาหรือสีดำ พร้อมเขียนหมายเลขการเรียงลำดับภาพและชื่อผู้สมัครไว้ด้านหลังของภาพให้ชัดเจน
3. ผู้สมัครแนบไฟล์ผลงานลงบนแผ่นซีดี หรือแฟลชไดร์ฟ ขนาด Image Size 3000×2000 Resoslution 300 pixels/inch, Save ไฟล์เป็น jpg
4. ชำระค่าสมัครสอบเป็นเงินสดส่งมาพร้อมใบสมัครสอบและผลงาน หรือโอนเงินเข้าชื่อบัญชี “สมาคมถ่ายภาพแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์”

Portfolio Presentation Schedule for Receiving Honors
2021 A.RPST and F.RPST

Application fee for honors examination
1. Application fee for A.RPST examination
1.1 For members of the association who are a Thai citizen: 500 baht per person
1.2 For members of the association who are a foreigner: US$30 per person
2. Application fee for the F.RPST exam
2.1 For members of the association who are a Thai citizen: 1,000 baht per person
2.2 For members of the association who are a foreigner: US$50 per person

Presentation conditions
For A.RPST
1. Applicant must be a member who has held a complete membership for at least 1 year.
2. Lifetime member has the right to apply for the examination immediately.
3. Applicant must submit 15 monochrome or color photos with the length not exceeding 18 inches and not less than 16 inches, which have artistic value or pictorial approach that shows that the applicant has the ability and expertise in many genres as well as understands the composition and has the quality that meets the standard. The photographic work must belong to the applicant.
4. For the A.RPST examination, the committee will consider the photos to determine how much the applicant understands photography. The consideration will include camera usage:
4.1 Choosing various lens ranges from wide, normal, tele to macro lenses.
4.2 Selecting shutter speed, such as stop-action, panning.
4.3 Selecting an aperture, such as positioning the foreground, background.
4.4 The photos should have a variety of images such as landscape, architecture, portrait, lifestyle, close-up, morning, night.
5. Annual applicant who has been considered as eligible for the A.RPST honors must first apply for a lifetime membership in order to receive the A.RPST honors.
6. The applicant must have at least 12 images that pass the examination to be considered a pass.

For F.RPST
1. Applicant must be a member who has held a complete membership for at least 1 year.
2. Lifetime member has the right to apply for the examination immediately.
3. Applicant must already have received A.RPST or A.RPS honors (from England) in order to be eligible to apply for F.RPST honors.
4. Applicant must submit 20 monochrome or color photos with the length not exceeding 18 inches and not less than 16 inches. The photos must be a set or pictorial photos with artistic value that shows that the applicant has the ability and expertise in that genre as well as understands the composition and has the quality that meets the standard. The photographic work must belong to the applicant.
5. Applicants have to write expisitory, narrative, or descriptive essay (please fit word content on a single A4 page) regarding to the submitted series
6. Annual applicant who has been considered as eligible for the F.RPST honors must first apply for a lifetime membership in order to receive the F.RPST honors.
7. The applicant must have at least 16 images that pass the examination to be considered a pass.

Applying for examination and submitting photos
1. Download the examination application form
2. Photos submitted for consideration must be attached to a gray or black hard card and clearly write the number of the order of the photos and the name of the applicant behind the photos.
3. Applicant attaches the work file to the CD or a flash drive with an image size of 3000×2000 pixels and a resolution of 300 pixels/inch. Save the file as jpg.
4. Pay the examination fee in cash and submit with the application form and portfolio or transfer money into the account name “The Royal Photographic Society of Thailand”.

ประกาศผลสอบ โครงการสอบเกียรตินิยม A.RPST และ F.RPST ประจำปี 2564
ตามที่สมาคมถ่ายภาพแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ได้จัดให้มีการสอบเพื่อขอรับเกียรตินิยม A.RPST และ F.RPST ประจำปี 2564 นั้น ทั้งนี้คณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้พิจารณาผลงานของผู้ส่งเข้าสอบทุกท่านเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยได้พิจารณาให้มีผู้สอบผ่านเกียรตินิยม จำนวน 11 ราย ดังนี้
The result of 2021 RPST distinction assessments have been announced. Successful Applicants will receive a Certificate under the Seal of The Society. Congratulations to all the 11 successful candidates.

ทั้งนี้ ทางสมาคมฯ กำหนดให้ผู้ที่ส่งผลงาน สามารถเข้ามารับผลงานคืน ณ ห้องสมาคมฯ ชั้น 2 หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีข้อกำหนด ดังนี้
- กำหนดวันรับผลงานงานคืน ระหว่างวันที่ 20 มกราคม – 10 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 เวลา 11.00-18.00 น. (ยกเว้นวันอาทิตย์ และวันจันทร์) เท่านั้น มิฉะนั้น สมาคมฯ จะถือเป็นสิทธิ์ขาดในการดำเนินการกับผลงานที่ไม่ได้รับการติดต่อขอรับคืน
- กรุณาโทรนัดหมายกับเจ้าหน้าที่สมาคมฯ ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ที่เบอร์ 097 250 0058 (รบกวนติดต่อในเวลาทำการของสมาคมฯ อังคาร-เสาร์ เวลา 10.00-19.00 น.)
